I create my tags using Photoshop Elements 13.
Since most people use Paint Shop Pro for tagging, all of my directions will be for PSP X5 though any version should work
My tutorials require knowledge in using Paint Shop Pro as well as plugins/filters
I will have my tutorials in alphabetical order as that's how I organize
There is a navigation called Tutorial Index that will take you to a page for my tutorials

I feel like I have a unique approach to tagging. I create the tag first then I start the tutorial. I do my best to write the tutorial in the order that I created the tag.

I do my best to make sure the tutorials are easy to follow, but sometimes mistakes happen and a part that was clear to me could be confusing to someone else. Please let me know if you have any questions about a specific tutorial or if you are unsure of any of my TOU.
